J'ai exactement le même problème. J'ai demandé un déménagement de ma ligne depuis le 23/09/15. La demande est bien passée puisque FREE m'a envoyé mes identifiants pour vérifier l'avancement du déménagement mais depuis je suis bloqué à l'étape 1.
