j'ai demandé le déménagement de ma ligne free le 16 juillet, elle a été validée par france télécom qui devait néanmoins intervenir sur ma ligne.
je reçois donc un mail de free me demandant de choisir un créneau horaire pour l'intervention france télécom, je choisis ce matin entre 8 et 10h ...
