New Internet subscription, among other things, for telework.

In my new residence in France, I'd like to get an Internet connection (ADSL and fiber available). And I'm not sure if the free offer (Freebox Mini 4k - 1 year commitment) will suffice if I frequently telecommute and work in the sector of IT - software engineering, which necessitates a high throughput.

If not, would the Freebox Pop (which requires no commitment) be a better option, or would you propose another subscription? This is despite the fact that I am not a big fan of television.

Voici quelques idées simples pour booster ta Freebox :

1 • Plus de débit : Passe en 2,5 Gbit/s : essaye cet adaptateur RJ45 USB-C (ou USB-A) et si tu ajoutes un switch 2.5G, tout ton réseau en profitera. Tu peux aussi booster ton Wi-Fi avec le répéteur Free ou ce Répéteur TP-Link.

2 • Plus de stockage : Ajoute un SSD Crucial P3 Plus dans ta Freebox Delta ou jusqu’à 4 disques-durs Seagate BarraCuda (7 mm) dans ta Freebox Delta. Certains ajoutent aussi 16 Go de RAM pour un vrai boost de la Delta (VM, usages intensifs).

Dans le premier cas, aucun problème à pouvoir profiter d'un excellent 1 Gbp/s, mais si pas éligible, une connexion xDSL dépendra de la vitesse atteignable et cela pourrait être un problème pour toi.
