Mon freebox est bloqué à etape 4 depuis 4 jours. On ne peut rien faire. Il a fonctionné bien avant. Le service client de Free m'a dit que c'est la problème collective (rien à voir avec les informations trouvés dans ce forum). Impossible de savoir quand la problème sera résolu.
