J'ai demander la reactivation de ma ligne ADSL il y a plus d'un mois ! le délai annoncé 15 jours max , a ce jour toujours rien la hotline n' a pas plus d'info c'est pas sérieux !!!!!!! pour les nouveaux abonnés le raccordement et effectif sous 4 jours ouvrés !!!!!!!!
