Bonjour voilà sa fait depuis le 2 juin que free a fait mon déménagement de ligne mais a se jours je n'ai toujours pas bouger de l'étape 1 ( en rouge ) est ce normal ?
Free me dit qu'il y a plus de port disponible mais dans ces cas la je devrais être en étape 2 au moins
