Depuis un orage vendredi (totalement imprévisible), ma Freebox v6 ne répond plus. Coincée en étape 2. Un ticket incident a été ouvert samedi mais Free m'annonce un délai de 7 jours pour trouver l'origine de la panne. Une semaine sans Internet, téléphone et TV, c'est pas un peu long ???
