Je suis moi aussi un nouveau client chez free et je suis toujours bloqué à l'étape 4 sur mon suivi de commande.
Je me suis inscrit le vendredi 17 janvier et aujourd'hui "Jeudi 23 janvier" je viens de recevoir ma freebox, le problème c'est qu'une fois installé elle bloque sur l'étape ...
